In the upper part of South America, Ecuador is a country of remarkable geographic diversity. It includes mountains, the Amazon River basin, colonial cities, and lovely beaches. It is considered an excellent choice for studying Spanish, as the language spoken there is quite clear in pronunciation and is almost completely free of influence from other languages.
