If you are in an executive position, your Spanish needs often require different programs to achieve your goals, and it may be highly likely that you have a limited time in which to accomplish this. For this reason we recommend very specific programs in various schools. These are all private programs and can be customized to suit your specific needs. We have found those two elements to be crucial in success toward the fulfillment of your needs. At times it may be difficult for you to program as many weeks as you feel you need at one time. This is a common occurrence among people with busy schedules. What most executives do in these cases is to split up their study, perhaps scheduling two weeks at one period of time, but scheduling a later study period of another two weeks, occurring several months later. This is not the optimum way to do this linguistically, but it can accommodate your schedule.
Accommodation for executives who are accustomed to high standards of comfort and privacy when they travel is another area to which we have given much consideration. In this area, we make very specific recommendations, and they may be different for each program.
Because we know that your schedules are sometimes difficult to predict, we do try to keep great flexibility in scheduling executive students. In most cases we can arrange your study with only a few weeks notice. Also, it is not unusual to have a spouse accompany for study. In these cases we can arrange a specific private program for the spouse with concentration on their own language needs. We can also arrange to have the spouse study in the regular group program, if a less intensive program is wanted.
With all these programs you will make fast progress, be equipped with the vocabulary you need in your own work, and gain a cultural appreciation of the country in which you are studying. The Spanish you learn will not be limited to the idioms of that specific country, but will be a standard Spanish that can be used successfully in any Spanish-speaking country. All levels of Spanish can be accommodated in any of these programs.

Complete Beginners To Advanced
Our programs are designed to accommodate all levels. Some students have no Spanish knowledge whatsoever, and others need a professional polish to what they may have already attained.
Your experience begins with a complete assessment of your needs and level of Spanish proficiency, if applicable. All your instruction is individual, and the vocabulary content and action experiences are selected especially for you. It is very helpful to receive any materials related to your product or service.
Maximum Results in Minimum Time
Away from the demands of a busy office schedule, you will be able to attain your goals rapidly. For beginners, a minimum of three to four weeks is recommended. This can be followed by a second session at a later date for more proficiency. For those with prior Spanish study, stays of two weeks can be arranged. Courses can begin on any Monday. Executive students usually arrive in Cuernavaca the day before their classes begin. At times an executive schedule demands that the study be split up. For instance, a four week study period can be arranged in two sessions, with separate arrival dates.
Cuernavaca, Mexico
The Executive Program is a completely customized program for professionals with high level needs. The fee includes: Six hours daily (M-F) of completely private classes taught by specialized instructors, customized vocabulary in the field, cross cultural training, guided field experiences, all special materials, a private room and bath, two meals and laundry service in a preferred Mexican home, and a private driver for round trip transportation between Mexico City and Cuernavaca.

San José, Costa Rica
ILISA is a distinguished school in San José, Costa Rica, known for its serious Spanish programs. It is the first choice of many executives who want to study in Costa Rica. The school itself is very attractive with mountain views from most of the classrooms. It is located in San Pedro, an area of San José near the national university. Costa Rica is a beautiful peaceful country, and you will have time on the weekends to participate in cultural and natural resources excursions in order to fully appreciate the country.
Your language skills are thoroughly assessed at the beginning of your course and then monitored continuously. ILISA will discuss your goals and tailor the program content. You can make the most of your valuable time. The program includes seven daily classes (55 minutes each) of all private classes with two different teachers and a completely tailor made course curriculum. Lunch with your teacher is included.
You may begin this program any Monday year round. Executive students stay from one to six weeks, depending on their needs and goals. Official holidays are Jan 1, Easter Thursday and Friday, May 1, July 25, August 2 and December 25. You should plan to arrive on the Sunday before you start classes with departure on the Saturday after your last Friday of class.

In this program we recommend lodging in one of the well equipped aparthotels, located within walking distance of ILISA. There are also host family stays available.

Barcelona, Spain
International House Barcelona has a reputation for outstanding instruction. The school itself is located in the heart of the exciting city of Barcelona, known for its style and energy. IH Barcelona is the top school in the city for corporate training.
You may begin this program any Monday year round. Executive students stay from one to six weeks, depending on their needs and goals. You should plan to arrive on the Sunday before you start classes with departure on the Saturday after your last Friday of class.
The Executive Plus Course is a superintensive immersion program designed to the meet your needs if you want to learn as much as possible in a short period of time. There are 30 hours of individual instruction per week, guided project work, and optional visits to Spanish companies in your field. You will also have a working lunch with a teacher, and two dinners with the teacher per week. Each course is tailor made and designed for your specific needs.
Accommodations
There are executive level host families where you will have a private bathroom and half board. If you are staying a minimum of four weeks, apartments can be arranged. You can travel to school by the convenient metro if your accommodation is not with walking distance.

San Sebastian, Spain
Lacunza is a very professional school located in this mid-sized city in the north coast of Spain near France. It is an area rich in tradition and known for its culinary excellence.
You can start this course any Monday. Executives stay from one to four weeks. You should arrive on a Sunday and depart on the Saturday following your class.
Learn at your own pace, according to your own needs. Material can be highly customized. The course includes 40 private lessons per week, including four lunches with your teacher and one dinner.
Accommodations
Family stays in a private room with half board are available. Apartment rentals are possible for long term stays, and these must be arranged in advance. Most accommodation is within walking distance (25 to 30 minutes) of the school, or there is easy public transportation.

Seville, Spain
Located in the exciting city of Seville, CLIC offers a high level of private classes. This school has an outstanding reputation for quality and consistently receives many awards and recognition of its programs in Spain. You will have six hours daily of private classes, and these can be customized to your professional needs.
You can start any Monday year round. You should arrive on the Sunday before your classes begin and depart on the Saturday following your last Friday class. You may study for any length of time you choose.
Accommodations
Executive Level Host Families: A private room, bathroom and two meals daily. Most homes are within walking distance of the school.
Executive School Apartment (available two or more weeks): Living room, bedroom, television, kitchen, bath with shower, fully equipped and centrally located. Air conditioning and heating expenses are not included.

All fees stated in euros. There is a 75€ administration fee added to all courses.
