Samara Beach - Fees & Registration

Fees for classes and homestay (3 options: family stay, residence hall):

- Overnight in Heredia Package: airport pickup in Heredia, host family stay in Heredia for one night, transfer and ticket to public bus the next day to Samara Beach $80
- Overnight in Heredia Package without bus ticket: airport pickup and host family stay in Heredia. Student travels independently to Samara Beach $45.
- Private Bus to Samara Beach from Heredia $30 each way
- Airport Pickup in Samara Beach - $15 per person directly to driver

**All programs involving private hours require prior approval and are available only during low enrollment months which vary, but definitely not January, May, June, July and August. Please check with us about availability before registering if you want private classes.

HOTEL OPTIONS: Note all hotel options are subject to availability, and none include laundry. Most, but not all hotels have AC and a pool. Please inquire before booking if either of these is important to you. If you want to book the hotel option you must provide a credit card at the time of booking. If you are a no show a $45 cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel to your credit card.
Rates vary by occupancy, number of nights, type of hotel, and season.

DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection.
It's easy! Simply complete the registration form. You can also fax or mail the form. It must be accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the total program cost, payable by check or credit card. The remaining 80% balance is payable upon arrival in Costa Rica.
When we receive your registration we will acknowledge receipt and get back to you within a few days with full confirmation details including your family assignment.
Deposit = 20% of your total program cost.
Please note that the teen program only requires a deposit of $200 for the entire 2 week session.
REFUNDS
$100 of the registration deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid above the $100 will be returned if notice of at least two weeks is given to us by phone or in writing. If you cancel, we will hold this $100 for 12 months and apply it toward a later registration. After you have started the program in Costa Rica, there will be no refunds given for classes or homestay.
