If you need help with the form or want to register completely by phone, please also call us.
We will contact you within 3 days of receiving your registration, and we will confirm the deposit amount with you before making any charge. You will receive a prompt confirmation and full information with details of your course and all costs. It will also include what you will need to take with you, including all contact information, phone numbers, lodging information and airport pick up instructions. Upon arrival for your first day of classes, you will pay directly to the school the balance cost of your total program, and we will include instructions about how this payment can be made.
REFUND POLICY—Please check the individual school policies for cancelation fees. Generally if you cancel more than two weeks before your departure we keep $100 of your deposit and apply it to your next registration (expires after one year). Less than two weeks before arrival may incur a larger deposit cancelation fee. Some special programs have a stricter policy (particularly if hotel or lodge reservations have been made). We try to clearly state each school's policy; however, if you have any questions just contact us and we will explain. Once the course has begun, there are no refunds given for courses or lodging except under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the school.
