Please carefully check the fees listed by competitive agencies. Even with their advertised discounts and special offers, because they add on other fees (often $100 or more), our total cost will (almost) always be less. Through us you pay what you would pay by registering directly with the school.

To register you have several choices:

It adds no extra cost to register with Language Link than directly with the school itself. We urge you to register as much in advance as possible. At times there are wait lists in some of our programs, especially in the summer months. You can call or email us to check on availability. Then the next step is to submit a registration form. There are several ways to register. Please pick the easiest way for you and remember that you can always call us at 800.552.2051 for any help you might need.

You can use the following form for on-line registration and then submit it. This is on a secure server and all information is encrypted. You can be assured that all your information, including credit card information, is sent securely.

    (NOTE: if you are registering for Guatemala, there are separate forms and conditions for that school.)

    All the information requested is straightforward. However, you need to be certain you are requesting the school you want by name or by city. Also, there are many choices of programs and accommodations. Please read carefully the choices for the school you want to attend. We suggest that you print these out from the school information. The choices are numbered, so please use both the number and the program title or accommodation choice. Please be very specific about things such as a shared or private room. Also, add a note about anything special or things such as if you are traveling with a friend and you want your family stays to be close together or in the same house.

    If you do not yet have your flight finalized, please give us the date you believe you may arrive and indicate that you will give us flight information later. Remember, please provide us with full details when you have them. Please note the required arrival day for your specific program. If you need to arrive a few days early, this can usually be arranged at a pro-rated per extra night cost, but it’s important for us to know that you need those extra days with a correct arrival and departure date. Also, please check the calendar for each school regarding holidays and any official start dates.

    You must accompany your registration with a deposit. Since Language Link adds no cost to what the schools charge, these are different for each school. Please see the formula for the required deposit under the Registration section of the school information. You can either send us credit card information or indicate on your form that you are mailing a check made out to Language Link. We will start to work on your registration even before the check is received, but we won’t send out your full confirmation until your deposit is in place.

    WHAT LANGUAGE LINK WILL DO

    As soon as we receive your registration, we will e-mail or telephone to inform you that everything is underway. When all arrangements have been confirmed with the school, we will e-mail the confirmation materials to you. This usually takes a few days and will tell you everything you need to prepare for your trip. Please read over this information carefully to ensure that everything is completely accurate.

    GENERAL TERMS FOR REGISTRATION

    By submitting the registration form you agree to the refund policy as follows. We feel that we have a very generous refund policy, as we want to encourage you to reschedule your trip in case you have to cancel.

    $100 of the deposit is a non-refundable fee if you cancel. This amount will be held and can be re-applied for future study if you reschedule within the following 12 months. There will be no refunds given once you have started your program, and program may not be changed once started except for the addition of private hours.

    By submitting the registration form you agree to the following liability statement:

    I am aware that while participating in this program, certain exposures to risk may be incurred. These exposure include, but are not limited to accident and/or sickness without readily available medical facilities, the forces of nature, and travel on the ground and in the air. In consideration of the right to participate in programs conducted by Language Link Inc. outside the United States, I do hereby assume all of the risks involved and agree to indemnity and hold Language Link Inc., its officers, directors and employees harmless for any and all liability.
