**All programs involving private hours require prior approval and are available only during low enrollment months which vary, but definitely not January, May, June, July and August. Please check with us about availability before registering if you want private classes.
- Homestay includes private room, shared bath, breakfast and dinner.
- Additional homestay nights $20 per night
- Additional private hours (if available) added at $20 per hour
- Additional homestay $140 per week
- $80 for overnight homestay package (airport pickup, one night in Heredia with a host family, transfer and ticket on public bus to Samara Beach campus the next day)
- $30 Each way for private bus to and from Samara Beach campus
- $45 airport pickup and overnight stay in Heredia with a host family then student travels independently to Samara Beach campus

DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection.
It's easy! Simply complete the registration form. You can also fax or mail the form. It must be accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the total program cost, payable by check or credit card. The remaining 80% balance is payable upon arrival in Costa Rica.
When we receive your registration we will acknowledge receipt and get back to you within a few days with full confirmation details including your family assignment.
Deposit = 20% of your total program cost.
Please note that the teen program only requires a deposit of $100 per week.
REFUNDS
$100 of the registration deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid above the $100 will be returned if notice of at least two weeks is given to us by phone or in writing. If you cancel, we will hold this $100 for 12 months and apply it toward a later registration. After you have started the program in Costa Rica, there will be no refunds given for classes or homestay. Once a program has started the only change which may be made is the addition of private hours.
