DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection.
It's easy. Just complete the registration form, with a credit card payment (or you can send a check) for:
- Your tuition cost + $65
- Then take 35% of this amount
- Add 10% of your accommodation costs
Unlike many other Language Link programs, this school does require prepayment of the balance.
After receiving confirmation of your study, you will need to send the balance due (80%) of your course, accommodation, and records fee. You will receive full information about payment in your confirmation.
Payment can be received by a check on a U.S. bank, or bank wire transfer to the school’s U.S. account. It is requested that your full payment be received at least three weeks before departure.
You will receive a prompt confirmation and full information. The confirmation will contain the details of your course and all pertinent costs. The package will also include what you will need to take with you, including emergency phone numbers. You will be sent your host family confirmation or hotel information, and airport pick up instructions.
REFUND POLICY
If you have to cancel before final payment has been made, Language Link will reserve $100 of your 20% deposit and return the balance. We will hold this for a period of one year and apply it toward your next registration. After that time, if still unused, it will be forfeited. If you have made full payment and have to cancel with less than 3 days before the program starts, the records & materials fee is nonrefundable. Once the course has begun, there are no refunds given for courses or accommodations. However, should you have to reschedule, the school will give you a credit for unused weeks.
